**Big Announcement**

OPEN GYM Thursdays! Beginning Thursday, January 18th, Crossfit Dahlonega will offer OPEN GYM time. The purpose of the OPEN GYM is to work on skills or conduct mobility exercises. There will be a WOD posted however, the WOD will be a low skill, endurance based workout. A coach will be available on site to assist you or answer questions, but there will be no structured class. Class times are 7 – 10 AM and 4 – 7 PM. So, come in, have an idea of what you would like to work on, and we will help you achieve your goals. Please note: Everyone that participates in OPEN GYM will be required to sign an OPEN GYM waiver.

Y’all. This workout totally scares AND excites me! What an AWESOME WOD to start off the new year, ready to crush some goals. 

*Score is total reps completed of all movements. For Wall Sit and Plank, count 1 Rep per second of static hold. There is NO rest between movements!!
