A) Sumo Deadlift 3-3-3-3-3 (Heavy)
no rest
B) Wall Walk (4 hand steps right/ 4 hand steps left)
rest 2-3 minutes
then…
AMRAP in 10 Minutes of:
10 Ring Dips
20 Russian Twists, 45/25
then…(optional)
5 Minutes of muscle-up practice and/or muscle-up progressions.
