This is CrossFit 101 (one free intro class). We will explain CrossFit concepts & exercise methodology. We will introduce the CrossFit warm-up & some basic movements of CrossFit to test your present flexibility & mobility. After the free intro class we will set up a time for you to begin our On-Ramp Class.
Are you are interested in trying CFD? Email us at [email protected] to set up a Free Introductory Class. During this intro we will show you around the gym, talk to you about your goals, and take you through a small CrossFit workout.
After your Free Introductory Class we can get you set up with our On-Ramp classes. This course is 6 classes over 2 weeks, and is designed to introduce you to the basic fundemental movements seen in CrossFit workouts. Once you have completed On-Ramp you will be ready to join regular crossFit classes.
This class is pure CrossFit. These workouts are scaled to all levels and abilities. Whether you are a beginner or an elite athlete you can participate in this class and we will tailor the workout to fit your needs.
CrossFit for adults 60 and over. Focusing on mobility, flexibility, balance and core strength. Age is just a number, anyone can CrossFit!
One on one training that applies all elements of CrossFit or Olympic Weightlifting. Contact us for availability.

CrossFit Kids is a method for teaching CrossFit to children. Based on the principle of Mechanics, Consistency and then Intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.
