• I started CrossFit in January 2014. I needed to prove something. I had never been fit and never been involves in any type of athletics. I had a few friends who were at CFD and asking me to give it a try. I tried crossfit to prove that it wasn't something I was capable of doing. I was completely wrong. I feel so fortunate to have found a place where I am given the tools I need to be successful and a group of people that truly encourage me to be a better version of myself. I have made small changes in my diet and have coupled that with working out 3-5 days a week. I've lost 60 lbs & the experience has completely changed my life. I'm more focused, more motivated, and more positive. I didn't plan to love Crossfit. I didn't plan to change my life. I didn't plan to loose weight. Those were just the benefits of making a decision to prove something.
