WHO WE ARE

Our Story

CrossFit Dahlonega is a community of people gathered together in the daily battle for health, wellness and fitness. We achieve victory in each one of these arenas through daily conquering workouts that are constantly varied, include functional movements and are performed at high intensities relative to your current fitness level.


What we do at CrossFit Dahlonega is not exclusive to only elite athletes but includes your blue and white collar working class, your stay at home mom, your elementary through high school aged children, your college student and your grandmother/grandfather looking to keep up with the grand babies. Truly, CrossFit Dahlonega is for all those looking to improve their overall health, wellness and fitness.

Trainers Who Care

Our trainers take your fitness goals seriously. We understand that losing weight and gaining muscle can be challenging, and our goal is to help you overcome hurdles and reach your goals. All of our trainers are CF-L1 Instructors and hold multiple additional certifications with years of experience, so you can be confident that you're getting the best experience possible. 

Your Success is Our Goal

We understand that adapting new fitness habits is difficult and often times fails. Our goal is to change your view on fitness, so that it becomes apart of who you are and your lifestyle. We strongly believe that if you practice healthy habits, you will be able to obtain a healthy lifestyle.
